Gentle Dental, part of the InterDent family, is seeking a Full-time General Dentist in Tucson, AZ. A $10,000 signing bonus is offered, with a predominantly PPO practice and compensation based on production. Flexible schedule 3-5 days, Monday–Friday options.

Relocation assistance and state license reimbursement available for relocating candidates. The practice supports clinical autonomy, teamwork, and growth within a mission-driven environment.

• Open to new grads, experienced dentists preferred.
• Current applicable State Dental License (or the ability to acquire one by time of employment)
