Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Valid nursing license or relevant clinical certification.
• Proven experience in outpatient clinical management or healthcare operations.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to analyze workflows and implement process improvements.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and quality assurance practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical operations across multiple outpatient clinics, ensuring efficient workflow management.
• Lead and support clinical staff performance, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Coordinate communication routing among clinical teams, patients, and other stakeholders.
• Address and resolve real-time operational issues to maintain seamless clinic functions.
• Partner with the Nurse Educator and Director of Clinical Quality to reinforce training initiatives and ensure compliance with clinical standards and policies.
• Monitor and evaluate clinical processes, implementing improvements as needed.
• Support staff development and ongoing education to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
