7-Eleven, Inc. is hiring a Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician I to join our stores and keep equipment running smoothly. You will respond to service requests, manage parts inventory, and train junior techs while handling plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance tasks.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, 1+ year maintenance experience, a valid driver's license, and strong leadership and time-management skills. We offer a competitive benefits package and a sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience: 1+ years in general repairs and maintenance.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Skills: Leadership, peer-to-peer tech support, effective communication, handle stretch assignments, facility location ownership, and time management.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests for minor repairs to a wide variety of in-store equipment (beverage & food equipment, ice makers, fuel dispensers).
• Manage parts inventory and complete daily reports to ensure efficiency.
• Train other level I technicians and handle various maintenance tasks and prioritization.
