7-Eleven is hiring a Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician I to keep our stores running smoothly. You’ll service a range of equipment and handle maintenance tasks, from HVAC to fuel dispensers, while supporting store operations across locations.

The role emphasizes reliability, teamwork, and the ability to manage parts and reports. A high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license are preferred as you grow with the brand.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience: 1+ years in general repairs and maintenance.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Skills: leadership, peer-to-peer tech support, effective communication, handle stretch assignments, facility location ownership, and time management.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests for minor repairs to a wide variety of in-store equipment (HVAC, Refrigeration, beverage & food equipment, ice makers, and fuel dispensers).
• Handles orders related to plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance issues.
• Manage parts inventory and complete daily reports to ensure efficiency.
• Train other level I technicians, prioritize work, perform basic maintenance on structures, and related duties.
