7-Eleven is hiring a Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician I to keep in-store equipment and systems running smoothly. You will respond to service requests, manage maintenance tasks, and train junior technicians, supporting the brand’s day‑to‑day operations across locations.

The role requires 1+ years of maintenance experience, a HS Diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license. A comprehensive benefits package accompanies the position.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience: 1+ years in general repairs and maintenance.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Demonstrated leadership and effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests for maintenance of in-store equipment (beverage, food, ice makers, fuel dispensers).
• Handle orders related to plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance issues.
• Manage parts inventory and complete daily reports.
• Train other level I technicians and assist with workload prioritization.
