Job summary

Cumberland Dairy is seeking a skilled Plant Maintenance Technician to care for electro-mechanical equipment across electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems. You will perform planned and unplanned maintenance on production, packaging, processing equipment, and utility systems to keep operations running smoothly.

Weekly 12-hour shifts (night option) with overtime, starting pay at $28–$30/hour, and a benefits package including 401(k), paid vacation, healthcare, and opportunities for

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Three years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing facility.
• Black Seal/High Pressure Boiler License preferred (food & beverage).
• At least one year experience with electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electronic, PLC and/or HVAC.
• Experience with lubrication, cleaning, material handling, motor/relay control, process control and packaging equipment.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings; basic math and English literacy.
• Able to lift up to 50–80 lbs and work 12-hour shifts with overtime.

Responsibilities

• Maintain electro-mechanical equipment to ensure continuous operation.
• Perform planned and unplanned maintenance on production and utility systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled equipment.
• Adhere to safety, quality standards and shift schedules.
