Cumberland Dairy is seeking skilled Plant Maintenance Technicians to maintain and service our electro-mechanical equipment. This role ensures continuous operation of our production and processing machinery.

Technicians can earn between $28 and $30 per hour based on their skillset and experience. The schedule involves 12-hour shifts from Wednesday to Saturday or Sunday to Wednesday, and we provide comprehensive benefits including a 401(k) and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience required in a maintenance role within a manufacturing facility.
• Minimum one year experience with electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electronic, and computer-controlled equipment.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Care and maintenance of electro-mechanical equipment.
• Completing planned and unplanned maintenance requirements.
• Ensuring the operation of machinery in various capacities.
