Brightview Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance role in New York to perform a variety of repairs and upkeep across the community. You will address maintenance requests from residents and colleagues, and prepare apartments for new residents.

The position emphasizes safety, organization, and teamwork, with opportunities to help with activities and events. A positive attitude and hands-on approach are essential in this busy environment.

Formación

• Prior maintenance, housekeeping and/or janitorial experience.

Responsabilidades

• Perform a variety of Maintenance repairs such as fixing faucets, replacing light fixtures, paint and more.
• Respond to Maintenance requests from residents and fellow associates.
• Clean and prepare apartment homes for new residents.
• Ensure proper storage of all maintenance supplies.
• Continuously monitor all areas to ensure they are properly and safely maintained.
• Help team members set up activities and events at the community.
