Job summary

MRP Solutions is seeking a maintenance-focused professional to oversee the Lining Department, ensuring safe, efficient production. You will maintain machinery, perform adjustments, and troubleshoot equipment while adhering to 5S standards and food safety considerations.

Candidates should have 3+ years in mechanical/electrical roles with PLC ladder logic experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a collaborative, proactive mindset. Overtime is required to meet production needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years mechanical and/or electrical experience in PLC Ladder logic.
• High attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain machines and equipment for production.
• Make routine machine adjustments and repairs to minimize downtime.
• Follow safety, 5S and PPE protocols and promote a culture of safety.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in the Lining Department.
