Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician Full-Time | First Shift 5am-5pm, Monday-Thursday Position Overview Seeking an experienced Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician for a growing manufacturing operation in Greer, South Carolina area.

We are looking for a dependable, safety-minded maintenance professional with strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting automated production equipment and be comfortable working with PLC-controlled systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Just as important as technical ability, we are looking for someone who shows up consistently, works safely, communicates well, and contributes positively to the team and workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and correct equipment issues before they develop into larger production problems
• Troubleshoot, maintain, repair, and modify automated manufacturing and production equipment
• Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting
• Troubleshoot and support PLC and HMI-controlled equipment
• Participate in equipment modifications, process changes, new product introductions, and expansions
• Perform preventive maintenance to support equipment reliability and production uptime
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
• Follow established safety procedures and immediately communicate potential hazards or unsafe conditions
• Work collaboratively with production, maintenance, and other team members

QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredAssociate degree or technical training in electrical, mechanical, industrial maintenance, or a related field is a plus3-5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferredExperience with electrical/mechanical troubleshooting and automated manufacturing equipmentPLC knowledge preferred, including experience with systems such as Fanuc or MitsubishiBasic math, reading, and communication skills
