Job summary

IMH Products, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure smooth operation of fabrication machinery.

You will perform inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems to minimize downtime, while adhering to safety protocols and collaborating with production teams to meet targets. The role requires hands-on maintenance, blueprints interpretation, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement within a non-exempt, on-site setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and regulations.
• Previous experience as a Maintenance Technician.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics and blueprints.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
• Commitment to continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and stand 8–12 hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintain machinery and equipment for continuous operation.
• Read and interpret engineering blueprints.
• Repair hydraulic and pneumatic equipment to manufacturer specifications.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment failures; perform mechanical and basic electrical repairs.
• Disassemble machines and order parts for repair.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance procedures.
• Maintain a repair history and monitor maintenance costs.
• Provide hands-on training on maintenance procedures and safety.
• Ensure OSHA safety standards and compliance (LOTO, PPE).
• Install and assist in integration of new production equipment.
• Maintain a clean working environment in line with OSHA standards.
