Job summary

Lippert is a leading, global manufacturer and supplier serving the RV, marine, automotive, and building products industries. Responsible for safely troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining operations and production metal fabrication equipment to meet customer demands.

The role covers maintenance of Amada/CY lasers, Fanuc robots, turrets, dust collectors, electrical systems, and power presses. Requires 3+ years multi-craft maintenance and a strong mechanical/electrical background.

Qualifications

• 3+ years working as a multi craft Industrial Maintenance.
• 50+ hours Electrical class work in a formal educational setting.
• Competency with electrical circuits from 24v to 480v.
• Ability to use a Multi Meter for troubleshooting.
• Ability to interpret mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic schematics.
• Hand Tools – Must supply own set of basic personal hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Laser Cutting Maintenance – PM, troubleshoot, replace consumables for Amada and CY laser heads and equipment.
• CNC Turret Maintenance – PM, troubleshoot, repair Amada turrets and equipment.
• Robotic Maintenance – PM, troubleshoot, repair Fanuc robots; jogging robots may be required.
• Welder Maintenance - PM, troubleshoot, repair MIG and Resistance welders.
• Automation/Feeder – PM, troubleshoot, repair automation and feeders for metal cutting equipment.
• Press Maintenance – PM, troubleshoot, repair control and electrical systems for part revolution presses (Heim, Version, Precision, Minster, Clearing).
• Press Brake Maintenance – PM, troubleshoot, repair Amada and Cincinnati press brakes.
• Dust Collector Maintenance - PM, troubleshoot, repair dust collectors.
• Facility Maintenance – carpentry, electrical, plumbing, or groundskeeping.
• Observation and promotion of all safety rules and policies.
• 5s housekeeping.
