• Experience in a similar role, ideally with another housebuilder.
• Multi-skilled with knowledge in joinery, general labouring, bricklaying, and decorating.
• Ability to provide courteous, exemplary, and efficient customer service.

Responsibilities

• Carry out work diligently and safely in line with the company SH&E Management System.
• Liaise with the Central Office Hub for task status updates.
• Ensure a smart appearance and relevant protective footwear.
• Obtain signed satisfaction/completion notifications from customers.
