Job summary

Responsibilities

• Performs routine building maintenance including minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs.
• Inspects, tests, and repairs lighting, HVAC, piping, and electrical systems; records maintenance.
• Maintains supplies, parts, and equipment for the Facilities Department; prepares preventive maintenance records.
• Oversees custodial duties and supervises contract services as needed.
• Available for after-hours maintenance emergencies and assists with other related work.
