Job summary

JLL is hiring a Maintenance Technician for the Thornton, CO site. The role involves maintaining mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, performing inspections and repairs, and assisting engineers to ensure building performance and tenant satisfaction.

Required are 2–4 years of maintenance experience, CMMS familiarity, and proficient MS Office skills. On-site duties include replacing lights, maintaining safety standards, and coordinating with property management teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years of building repair and maintenance experience.
• CMMS experience required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Demonstrated competency with inspection, maintenance and repair activities.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to complete required safety trainings and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility systems and equipment.
• Conduct facility inspections and report conditions affecting occupancy and operations.
• Handle interior maintenance tasks (hanging pictures, furniture, doors).
• Replace lighting, clean HVAC coils, change filters and belts.
• Move office furniture and equipment as requested.
• Update work orders in CMMS (e.g., Corrigo).
• Complete hazard assessments and maintain safety compliance.
