Job summary

BSC Industries is seeking Assembly & Warehouse Associates to build and inspect custom engineered products, manage inventory, and support shipping, receiving, and deliveries. The role requires hands-on mechanical aptitude, the ability to read prints, forklift operation, and a willingness to learn light electrical work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; prior assembly or warehouse experience helpful.
• Mechanically inclined with problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read or learn to read mechanical/electrical prints.
• Safe forklift operation experience; certification a plus.
• Basic electrical knowledge is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and build custom engineered products following drawings and work instructions.
• Read or learn to read engineered prints and basic assembly diagrams.
• Operate forklifts and material-handling equipment safely.
• Handle shipping and receiving.
• Inventory control for assembly components.
• Load, unload, and make deliveries using a 26-foot box truck as needed.
• Perform product inspections to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Light electrical assembly or wiring; training provided.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and ISO-9000 compliance.
