You will oversee receiving, storing, and shipping, manage inventory accuracy, and drive efficiency while upholding safety and company policies. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain/ logistics, business or related field required.
• Minimum 5 to 7 years of relevant management experience.
• Multi-site operational/P&L responsibility required.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple locations day-to-day warehouse operations through on-site teams.
• Supervise warehouse staff with leadership, training and guidance.
• Develop inventory procedures including cycle counts and stock rotation.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and track key metrics.
• Ensure safety compliance and adherence to company policies.
• Optimize warehouse layout and storage systems for efficiency.
• Coordinate with care, procurement and inventory teams for smooth workflows.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions.
• Oversee maintenance of warehouse equipment and facilities.
• Conduct warehouse audits to identify efficiency improvements.
• Complete other duties and projects as assigned.
