Job summary

R.S. Hughes Company, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate I to support daily warehouse operations, including order pulling, receiving, and shipping. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety compliance, and efficient inventory management.

You will work with a team to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly and inventory records reflect physical stock, while adhering to company policies and OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in warehouse roles is preferred.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions accurately.
• Familiarity with inventory and cycle counts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pull customer orders from shelves and verify accuracy by item number, serials and quantity.
• Support receiving, unloading, and put-away activities and log into the WMS.
• Perform cycle counts to reconcile physical vs. system inventory.
• Assist with shipping preparation and labeling for carriers.
