R.S. Hughes Company, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee warehouse operations across multiple locations in the United States.

You will lead on-site teams, manage inventory, optimize space, and ensure timely, safe movement of goods in line with company policies. We value strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional collaboration with procurement and customer care to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain/ logistics, business or related field is required.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in a management role is required.
• Multi-site operational/P&L responsibility is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations across multiple locations.
• Supervise warehouse staff with training and guidance for optimal performance.
• Develop and implement inventory management procedures including cycle counts and stock rotation.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor turnover and stock levels.
• Ensure safety compliance and adherence to company policies.
• Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with customer care, procurement, and inventory for smooth workflow.
