Job summary

Summit Health in New York seeks a Practice Manager to oversee Nanuet, Eastchester, and White Plains sites. You will manage administrative, financial, and operational duties, mentor staff, and ensure excellent patient experiences.

You will lead scheduling, DOH compliance, patient flow, and cross-site coordination, collaborating with IT, Payroll, and leadership to drive performance and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• This role requires 4-6 years of management experience at urgent care, medical practice, hospital, with multi-site responsibility preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field is preferred; relevant experience may substitute.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and proactive approach to operations are essential.
• Excellent patient/customer service and leadership capabilities are required.
• Strong communication skills, teamwork, and ability to drive change in a fast-paced setting.
• Bilingual is a plus; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site management across Nanuet, Eastchester, and White Plains locations including scheduling and payroll hours.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and regulatory compliance in partnership with Operations leadership.
• Manage patient flow, wait times, and patient follow-up; monitor DOH compliance and NPS metrics.
• Interact with vendors, staff, and leadership to address concerns and drive operational improvements.
• Mentor and train supervisors; conduct performance reviews and staff development.
• Collaborate with IT, Payroll, Aftercare, and other corporate teams to resolve issues.
