Job summary

WellNow Urgent Care seeks a Multi-Site Manager to lead two clinics, drive daily operations, and ensure exceptional patient care across sites. You will oversee staffing, patient flow, and performance while promoting WellNow’s mission and culture.

The role emphasizes clinical team leadership, cross-site coordination, and ongoing staff development to deliver high-quality, efficient urgent care services. Expect travel between locations as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare environment or clinical operations preferred.
• Ability to work across multiple clinics and regions; travel 50%.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for improvement and implement action plans.
• Onboard, train and cross-train site team members to ensure policies and standards.
• Oversee staffing: ensure coverage, lead team coaching and performance reviews.
• Monitor patient flow, wait times and nurse/provider collaboration to ensure quality care.
• Manage site metrics including patient satisfaction, visits and expenditures.
• Develop and communicate site goals, schedules and accountability.
