The role requires RN licensure in NC, CNML/CEN/NE-BC RN-BC certifications, and 3+ years of supervisory experience in multi-site settings.

This on-site, full-time position offers day-shift schedule with a strong emphasis on quality improvement and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, or governmental regulations.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, patients and employees, and the general public.
• Strong capabilities in multi-site operations, performance management, change leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Maintains an environment of safety for patients, self and others.
• Provides supervision and direction for administrative and clinical employees. Plans, assigns and directs work assignments ensuring staffing.
• Leads budgetary planning, implementation, and financial reporting with monthly updates.
• Establishes clear open communications and builds positive relationships with patients, physicians, staff and peers.
• Coordinates, leads, and participates in performance improvement activities and ensures regulatory compliance.
