Job summary

Bell Partners is seeking a Floating Maintenance Technician to perform a wide range of maintenance, repair, grounds keeping, and related duties across multiple properties within a designated market.

The role requires 1-3 years of maintenance experience, basic HVAC/plumbing/electrical skills, and availability to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends. You will travel between communities under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and contribute to resident satisfaction and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• High School degree or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of maintenance experience in a similar facility.
• HVAC, EPA, and/or CPO certifications may be required in many communities.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine interior and exterior maintenance and equipment care.
• Respond to repair requests from residents and staff.
• Report equipment malfunctions and hazardous conditions promptly to the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Maintain resident privacy and obtain proper authority before entering apartments.
• Attend in-service training and work with vendors as instructed.
• Follow all safety/OSHA requirements and maintain regular attendance.
