Job summary

Bell Partners is seeking a Floating Maintenance Technician to travel between communities within a designated market, performing interior and exterior maintenance, basic repairs, and preventive upkeep. You will handle HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks while ensuring safety and resident privacy.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 or older.
• High School degree or equivalent required.
• Understanding of Bell Core Values.
• 1–3 years of related maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic repair capabilities: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, mechanical systems.
• HVAC/EPA/CPO certifications may be required depending on community.
• Excellent oral and written communication and strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine interior and exterior maintenance and scheduled equipment maintenance.
• Respond to repair requests and maintenance concerns from residents and staff.
• Report malfunctions and hazardous conditions to the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Maintain resident privacy and secure access to apartments.
• Work with vendors for landscaping, painting, asphalt, etc.
• Follow OSHA/safety requirements and attend trainings as assigned.
