Responsibilities

• Administer MedTrainer and maintain training records and certificates.
• Coordinate training schedules across multiple sites and manage logistics.
• Track training compliance, licenses, and health requirements; generate dashboards.
• Support onboarding programs and maintain confidential employee/health data.
• Communicate clearly with staff and leadership to meet deadlines and improve processes.
