Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience managing contract guard force operations at multiple buildings preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Must have completed Admiral leadership training modules.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts in D.C., Montgomery County, MD, and Alexandria, VA.
• Serve as the primary management liaison between the company and clients.
• Ensure contract deliverables are met.
• Resolve client and employee issues professionally.
• Oversee and implement safety programs.
