Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressively responsible operations leadership experience in aggregates, mining, construction materials, manufacturing, or a related industrial environment.
• Demonstrated capability to manage teams, operational performance, regulatory compliance, and business results in a plant environment.
• Experience working with environmental, MSHA, regulatory, and compliance requirements in an industrial setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of plant operations across both sand and gravel facilities, with safety as the top priority.
• Drive production performance, equipment reliability, and operating efficiencies to meet objectives.
• Manage and develop plant teams through coaching, communication, workforce planning, and performance management.
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, inventory management, and operational improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, regulatory, and company standards while maintaining strong customer service and product quality.
