Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America seeks a seasoned operations leader to manage day-to-day plant activities at our Sealy, TX facility. You will drive safety, production, quality, and cost performance while overseeing budgets to maximize profitability and efficiency.

The role requires developing teams, optimizing maintenance planning, and ensuring regulatory compliance across complex aggregate operations. Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

• Lead plant operations to achieve safety, production, quality, and cost objectives.
• Manage full P&L accountability, overseeing budgets and costs to maximize profitability.
• Promote a strong safety culture with leadership and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead aggregate/heavy industrial operations including plants and quarry processes.
• Oversee production planning, equipment reliability, and operational performance improvements.
• Develop and coach team members to build engagement and operational excellence.
• Partner with stakeholders to meet customer needs, environmental compliance, and business goals.
