Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of progressively responsible operations leadership in aggregates, mining, construction materials, or a related heavy industrial environment.
• Experience leading multi-site operations with accountability for safety, production, maintenance, quality, and financial performance.
• Experience managing plant budgets, cost controls, capital projects, and operational improvement initiatives.
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and coach teams while fostering employee engagement and accountability.
• Experience with environmental, MSHA, regulatory, and compliance requirements in an industrial setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of plant operations across both sand and gravel facilities, with safety as the top priority.
• Drive production performance, equipment reliability, and operating efficiencies to achieve business objectives.
• Manage and develop plant teams through effective coaching, communication, workforce planning, and performance management.
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, inventory management, and operational improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, regulatory, and company standards while maintaining strong customer service and product quality.
