This leadership role offers an exciting opportunity to manage multiple assets while driving operational excellence, financial performance, resident satisfaction, and team success across a portfolio of properties.
As Multi-Site Community Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operations, financial performance, and resident satisfaction of a multifamily apartment community. You will oversee leasing activity, maintenance operations, resident relations, and on-site staff, while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies. This position works closely with ownership and asset management to achieve occupancy, revenue, and NOI goals.
Reporting to the Regional Property Manager, the Multi-Site Community Manager collaborates closely with leadership to ensure the physical condition, financial performance, and overall success of the community while maintaining high standards of care and professionalism.
