Qualifications

• Experience coordinating research studies or community-based projects.
• Ability to manage multiple activities, partners, and deadlines.
• Knowledge of research ethics and IRB processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multi-site research activities, including participant enrollment and retention.
• Oversee IRB submissions and communications to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop outreach and engagement strategies with community partners.
• Monitor study progress and data to inform intervention refinement.
• Maintain study documentation in compliance with funder and institutional requirements.
• Supervise study staff and coordinate timelines and deliverables.
• Prepare study reports aligned with project timelines and grant requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
