Job summary

ProCaps Laboratories, Inc. seeks a Director of Reliability & Facilities to lead maintenance, reliability, facilities, utilities, and CMMS governance across Henderson and Broomfield operations.

You will direct the Maintenance Managers and Facilities Manager, set reliability standards, and drive a best-in-class maintenance organization. You will partner with Plant Managers and Engineering on asset lifecycle planning, capital projects, and infrastructure improvements to improve uptime and safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Industrial Maintenance, or related technical field (Master's preferred).
• 7-10 years in maintenance, reliability, facilities, or technical operations, including 5+ years leading managers or multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing equipment, mechanical/electrical systems, facilities, utilities, and maintenance practices.
• Experience with TPM, preventive/predictive maintenance, reliability improvement, and CMMS data management.
• Working knowledge of OSHA/EPA/building codes and safety, environmental, regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to manage multi-site budgets, contractors, facility projects, shutdowns, and competing priorities.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, change-management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Maintenance Managers for Henderson and Broomfield, the Facilities Manager, and reliability/contractor resources.
• Build a high-performance maintenance and facilities organization through coaching, succession planning, training, accountability, and talent development.
• Establish common standards, processes, and expectations across both sites.
• Develop and manage departmental budgets, workforce plans, and cost improvement initiatives.
• Develop and execute long-term maintenance and reliability strategy for equipment, utilities, facilities, and infrastructure.
• Lead TPM, reliability-centered maintenance, predictive technologies, and continuous improvement.
• Establish preventive, predictive, autonomous, and corrective maintenance programs to maximize reliability.
• Drive root cause analyses, asset criticality, spare parts optimization, and lifecycle management.
• Coordinate maintenance activities, shutdowns, and priorities with Plant Managers to minimize disruption.
• Own CMMS governance, asset hierarchy, work orders, and data integrity.
• Establish KPIs and performance systems for maintenance, reliability, facilities, and utilities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on uptime, cost, and productivity.
• Provide strategic leadership for facilities, utilities, and infrastructure across sites.
• Oversee safety, compliance, risk management, and environmental programs.
