Job summary

ProCaps Laboratories, Inc. is seeking a Director of Reliability & Facilities to lead maintenance, reliability, and facilities across Henderson, NV and related sites. You will drive TPM, oversee CMMS governance, and coordinate asset lifecycle planning with Plant Managers and Engineering.

The role demands strong leadership, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver safe, compliant, and efficient operations. On-site at Henderson with periodic cross-site travel.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's in Engineering/Facilities Management or related field.
• 7–10 years in maintenance, reliability, facilities, or tech ops.
• 5+ years leading managers or multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with TPM, preventive/predictive maintenance, and CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Lead Henderson and Broomfield Maintenance Managers and Facilities Manager.
• Develop a high-performance maintenance and facilities org through development and accountability.
• Establish standards, processes, and expectations across sites.
• Develop and manage departmental budgets and cost-improvement initiatives.
• Drive TPM- and reliability-centered maintenance strategies across sites.
• Own CMMS governance, asset hierarchy, and data integrity.
• Establish KPIs for maintenance, reliability, facilities, and utilities.
