Job summary

ProCaps Laboratories seeks a Director of Reliability & Facilities to lead maintenance, reliability, and facilities across Henderson and Broomfield manufacturing sites. You will drive TPM-based strategies, optimize asset performance, and manage budgets and safety compliance.

You will partner with Plant Managers and Engineering to plan capital projects, upgrades, and lifecycle management while fostering a high‑performing, safety‑driven culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years in maintenance, reliability, facilities, or technical operations with leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing equipment, electrical/mechanical systems, and building infrastructure.
• Experience with TPM, preventive/predictive maintenance, and CMMS data management.
• Familiarity with OSHA, EPA, building codes, and safety/regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to manage multi-site budgets, contractors, and large projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Henderson and Broomfield teams including Maintenance Managers and Facilities Manager; drive reliability and maintenance excellence.
• Develop standards, processes, budgets, workforce plans, and cost improvement initiatives.
• Own long-term maintenance and reliability strategy; implement TPM and predictive technologies.
• Establish preventive, predictive, autonomous, and corrective maintenance programs for uptime and efficiency.
• Coordinate with Plant Managers on maintenance activities, shutdowns, and priorities.
• Govern CMMS, define KPIs, and drive continuous improvement in maintenance and facilities.
