Job summary

Intercare Therapy, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager, Real Estate and Facilities, to drive end-to-end development of new centers and relocations across California.

You will oversee leases, site surveys, IT and vendor services, manage construction and tenant improvements, and coordinate across Real Estate, Facilities, IT, Finance, Operations and Clinical teams. Strong PM skills, ability to manage budgets, schedules, and KPIs are required; travel is regular.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in multi-site operations.
• Experience with Smartsheet, Jira, Salesforce or equivalent tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee real estate and center development projects end-to-end.
• Coordinate leases, site surveys, and vendor management.
• Manage facilities maintenance and safety programs.
• Develop and track KPIs and project budgets.
• Ensure timely communication of blockers and milestones.
