Qualifications

• Experience in customer service-centered sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and make recommendations, including selling packing and moving supplies.
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability for renting spaces.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily operations.
• Assist customers with payments and make reminder/collection calls when required.
