Job summary

Trinity Property Consultants is seeking a Multi-Site Property Manager to oversee two Eden Prairie communities and drive financial performance, occupancy, and renewals. You will lead on-site teams, coordinate with maintenance and vendors, and implement pricing and marketing strategies to maximize occupancy and resident satisfaction.

The role emphasizes leadership, budgeting, and compliance, with a schedule Mon–Fri, 9:00 am–6:00 pm, and opportunities for bonuses based on performance and renewals.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience as a Property Manager in multifamily housing
• Experience at 300+ unit property and/or mixed-use community preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; CPM/CAM/RMP certifications are a plus

Responsibilities

• Own the properties’ financial performance by meeting occupancy and NOI goals
• Provide accurate and timely reporting to regional leadership
• Execute pricing and marketing strategies based on market trends and competitors to maintain strong occupancies
• Identify and implement operational efficiencies without sacrificing quality and experience
• Hire, train, and lead high-performing on-site teams
• Inspire team growth through goal setting, coaching, and regular performance check-ins
• Build a culture of accountability, empowerment, and recognition
