Pegasus Residential, LLC is seeking a Multi-Site Property Manager for West Village Lofts in Greenville, SC. You will lead on-site teams, coordinate leasing, maintenance, and resident relations across properties, and drive strong financial and service outcomes.

Qualificações

• Minimum three years’ experience as a residential property manager.
• Prior supervisory experience: selection, training and coaching.
• Knowledge of multifamily management, Fair Housing, maintenance, leasing, and accounting.
• Strong budgeting and cost-control understanding.
• Knowledge of OneSite and Ops Technology strongly encouraged.
