Job summary
On Point Staffing Group is seeking a Property Manager (Multi-Site) in Orange, NJ to oversee 196 units across three properties, including Ridge Gardens, Scotland Park, and Vose Ave. You will lead daily operations, supervise staff, and drive occupancy through leasing and strategic marketing.
The role requires at least 3 years in property management, experience with aging properties, and knowledge of REAC and Section 8 requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management with a focus on leasing and operational oversight.
- Experience with maintenance of older vintage properties and flat roof systems.
- Proficiency in market rent analysis and decision-making.
- Experience in coaching and developing team members.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee daily operations across multiple sites.
- Hire and supervise a multi-site leasing agent and part-time maintenance technician.
- Conduct property tours and showings to support leasing.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to optimize occupancy and set rents.
- Ensure compliance with property management regulations, including REAC inspections and Section 8 requirements.
- Maintain strong community relations and engage residents.
- Resolve property issues with proactive problem-solving.
