S2 Residential in Dallas is seeking a Property Manager to lead a team of leasing agents, ensure maintenance turns meet standards, and drive occupancy and retention. You’ll develop strategies for demand cycles, monitor budgets for ROI, and report risks to executives while championing core values.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, excellent communication, and hands-on problem solving to enhance resident satisfaction and community reputation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Property Manager experience.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing and related laws (FCRA, ADA, Landlord‑Tenant Law, OSHA).
• Valid driver license with reliable transportation.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service focus.
