S2 Residential is seeking a Property Manager to lead leasing and maintenance teams, drive occupancy, and enhance resident satisfaction. You will implement strategic initiatives, manage budgets, and report to executives while upholding S2’s core values across the community.

The role requires a hands-on leader who can mentor staff, coordinate with vendors, and maintain high standards for service, safety, and compliance within Fair Housing guidelines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years Property Manager experience
• Detail-oriented and organized with strong communication
• Knowledge of Fair Housing and related laws (FCRA, ADA, LTA)
• ResMan knowledge a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Leasing Agents to meet performance goals
• Collaborate with Maintenance to complete work orders and turns to S2 standards
• Increase occupancy and maintain high resident retention
• Develop and execute strategies for challenging markets
• Approve and monitor budgets for ROI
• Report to executive team on risks and opportunities
• Host resident engagement events to strengthen community ties
