Jobtailor seeks a skilled supply chain and program management professional to create and sustain formal supply‑and‑demand plans aligned with program goals at multiple campuses. You will identify material gaps, implement corrective actions, and recover schedules and budgets while coordinating with PMO, engineering, manufacturing, and finance teams.

The role requires strong planning, risk assessment, and cost analysis abilities, with experience in SAP/ERP/MRP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years, Master’s degree, or 6 years of experience.
• Experience in: Supply Chain, Project Management, Proposals/Capture, Resource Planning, Accounting, Program Management, Scheduling, Cost Analysis, Finance, Business Management or MRP.

Responsibilities

• Create, document, and maintain formal supply‑and‑demand plans aligning with program goals and priorities.
• Identify critical material gaps early, develop corrective actions, and recover schedules and budgets.
• Continuously assess shifting program needs and prioritize tasks to meet timelines and resource constraints.
• Draft and maintain detailed project plans integrating supply‑chain milestones with program schedules, risk registers, and logs.
• Drive end‑to‑end delivery across campuses, ensuring timely, quality, and compliant final shipments.
