Jobtailor is seeking a Senior Supply Chain professional to lead sourcing initiatives for major programs in the United States. The role emphasizes cross‑functional alignment, data‑driven decision making, and timely delivery of IPQ packages and SIR requirements.

The successful candidate will bring 5+ years of supply chain experience, a bachelor’s degree, and strong communication to coordinate with Finance, Localization, and program teams while driving cost‑effective sourcing strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of Supply Chain experience with sourcing background.
• Strong data analytics skills, incl. supplier cost breakdowns and business case development.
• Proven ability to communicate clearly across functions and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate commodity selection, sourcing execution, and cross‑functional alignment to meet program targets and SEOBD.
• Maintain the Sourcing Tracker / SWT with target-setting status and commodity waterfalls.
• Ensure IPQ packages and SIR requirements support sourcing activities on time.
• Present program status and risks at Sourcing PAT meetings with PD Program Management.
• Coordinate inputs from Supply Chain and Finance for program finances, localization, and capital changes.
• Support Purchasing Strategy and tooling/purchase order activities for cost studies and make‑vs‑buy analyses.
• Represent Supply Chain in NML forums and set purchasing resource priorities for program deliverables.
• Serve as Supply Chain PoV owner for the program, providing milestone inputs to GPDS Integrator and OESAR reviews.
