Job summary

Hours are generally 6:30am-4:00pm, Monday–Friday; weekends rotate and on-call is 24/7. Ideal candidates have 3 years of management experience, a Bachelor’s in Management (a plus), and proficiency in Word and Excel.

Qualifications

• 3 years of management experience overseeing 5+ employees
• Bachelor Degree in Management is a plus
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate teams across all Offsite sow farms
• Coordinate planning, scheduling and goal setting for Offsite sites
• Promote Holden Farm’s core values to employees
• Collaborate with Sow Farm Supervisors and Management to reach goals
• Uphold Holden Farms Biosecurity Programs
• Interview and assist in talent acquisition
• Lead onboarding and new hire training
• Administer employee performance evaluations
• Identify growth opportunities within sow farms
• Implement improvements to obtain desired results
• Maintain accurate farm records and reports
