Qualifications

• Strong operational exposure with the ability to translate plant data into measurable improvements.
• Experience contributing to plant projects or leading improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Drive multi-site optimization initiatives, improving efficiency, cost, and process stability.
• Support commissioning and ramp‑up of new kiln and process equipment across the network.
• Analyze plant performance data to identify trends and deliver actionable improvements.
• Influence site leadership teams to implement process changes and operational best practice.
