Job summary

Qualifications

• Must meet WA licensing requirements for a Program Supervisor or equivalent (ECE credits, STARS training, background check).
• Preferably 30 college credits in Early Childhood Education or related coursework.
• Experience in a licensed early childhood education setting.
• Strong knowledge of DCYF regulations, Early Achievers, and best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and support teaching staff.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Area Director to develop and implement curriculum aligned with standards.
• Support lead teachers in lesson planning, classroom setup, and instructional strategies.
• Model best practices through observations, coaching, and feedback.
• Contribute to curriculum design and alignment across sites.
• Plan and deliver professional development sessions and staff training.
