Job summary

Feed Energy Company seeks a Head of Plant Operations to lead four manufacturing locations, drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement, and unify operating standards. The role requires developing plant leadership, accountability, and a disciplined operating system under the COO.

Travel up to 60% is expected. The role oversees Plant Managers and the Senior Operations Support Manager, with a focus on cost control, problem solving, and cross-functional coordination across Engineering,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership in manufacturing operations.
• Proven experience leading multi-site operations (3+ facilities).
• Experience building/implementing operating systems across locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operational execution across four manufacturing locations.
• Own plant performance targets: throughput, yield, uptime, labor efficiency, cost per unit.
• Establish routines, KPI reporting, and escalation processes across sites.
