Martin Marietta is seeking a Plant Manager to direct aggregate operations across three facilities—North Quarry, Elkton Quarry, and Thorndale Quarry. You will lead a tenured team, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and drive production targets while maintaining profitability.

The role emphasizes leadership, budget management, and process improvements within a heavy industrial environment. This is a full-time position offering a comprehensive benefits package and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years related experience required.
• Strong knowledge of safety, environmental and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manages an aggregates plant/site.
• Leads foremen and/or lead production employees with multiple teams.
• Ensures annual production and profitability targets are reached.
• Owner of plant/site profit and loss (P&L).
• Develops and manages the budget for own site.
• Ensures safety and health policies are followed.
• Complies with environmental programs and policies.
• Complies with local, state and federal regulations.
• Oversees planning and scheduling activities.
• Leads process improvements within own plant/site.
• Leads project or planning activities.
