Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years related experience.
• Knowledge of production processes and quality control methods.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manages an aggregates plant/site.
• Typically leads foremen and/or lead production employees with multiple teams of hourly workers.
• Ensures annual production and profitability targets are reached.
• Manages the plant/site’s profit and loss (P&L).
• Develops and manages the site budget.
• Ensures safety and health policies are followed.
• Complies with environmental programs, guidelines and policies.
• Oversees planning and scheduling activities.
• Leads process improvements within the site.
• Leads projects or planning activities.
