Johnsonville Sausage, LLC is seeking a Multi-Site Plant Controller to partner with the Operations Leadership Team across our Sheboygan Falls campuses. The role provides financial governance, forecasting, and actionable insights to drive operational excellence.

You will lead a small team, own cost reporting and standard costing, and spend substantial time on site in Wisconsin, building cross-functional relationships and shaping strategy with data-driven analysis.

Formación

• Six or more years of accounting and finance experience, including leadership
• Strong working knowledge of manufacturing operations and product costing
• Proactive self-starter with analytical, leadership, and communication skills
• Experience with SAP preferred and ability to implement internal controls

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Operations Leadership to drive performance across Sheboygan Falls campuses
• Translate financial insights into actionable plans and hold the plant network accountable
• Oversee manufacturing performance reporting, cost analysis, budgeting, and standard cost processes
• Coach and develop three direct reports to build a culture of accountability
• Spend significant time on site to understand plant operations and drivers of success
• Lead forecasting, variance analysis, and product costing for labor, overhead, yields, and productivity
